Ostra, the AAA Four Diamond seafood restaurant, offers riverfront dining with an oyster bar and sustainable seafood menu. Four Brothers serves Southern and South Texas cuisine with Latin and French influences. Rooftop Café provides salads, sandwiches, cocktails, and desserts beside the heated pool. The hotel offers private caviar and oyster tastings with Herradura Tequila pairings in the Ostra Private Dining Room.
